These Terms of Use govern your use of the MyAiCoach mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control and as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code unless permitted by applicable law.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users' ability to use the App.
The App is designed to assist users in tracking fitness activities and goals. Information provided by the App is intended for general fitness guidance only and does not constitute medical advice.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions related to your health or fitness.
The App may integrate with Apple HealthKit to access health and activity data. This data is used solely to provide fitness tracking and analysis features within the App.
HealthKit data is never used for advertising purposes and is not shared with third parties.
Access to HealthKit is optional and can be revoked at any time through your device settings.
The developer is responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
The App may interact with third-party services such as Apple HealthKit, Google Sign-In, analytics services, or cloud services. Use of such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The developer does not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from reliance on the App.
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or the developer. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.
You agree that you will not use or export the App in violation of any applicable export laws or regulations.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
The developer may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions may be published within the App or on relevant platforms.
Users may request the permanent deletion of their MyAiCoach account and associated personal data at any time.
Upon receiving a verified request, the account and related data will be permanently removed from our systems unless retention is required by applicable law.
Account deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period after verification of the user's identity.
